Internal Family Systems Introductory Workshop- 5th April 2026

All welcome. This workshop will suit people who want to learn more about themselves and create more inner harmony, as well as mental health professionals who want to learn about this model ‘from the inside out’.

Ella is a Level 4 therapist (ACA) and clinical supervisor, trained in IFS (Level 2). Ella has been an assistant on the official IFS level 2 trainings and is passionate about sharing this model.
